account passwords The first time you order from us you will be asked to choose a password. This is in order to make any future purchases as quick and easy as possible. If you do not choose a password then one will be sent to your email address.
On subsequent orders you will be asked for your password so that you do not have to enter all your details again. For security reasons, your credit card information is not stored with your account information and you will need to enter this each time you order.
If you have forgotten your password you will be given the opportunity to have it emailed to you when you are asked to log-in.

complaints We sincerely hope that you will be very happy with our products and service. However if you need to make any expression of dissatisfaction then please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, fax or email. We will acknowledge receipt by return and endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, and certainly within 3 working days.

Prices: Our prices are set out in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT. These prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed during the order process.
Minimum Order: All orders are subject to a minimum order of £5.00. This applies to the subtotal, net of any discounts and not including any delivery charges. If you would like to place an order which is less than £5.00 please call our customer services line and we will try our best to meet your requirements, although this may require an additional postage charge.
Acceptance of Your Order: We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges (if applicable) before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order but this is not a guarantee that your order has been accepted.
Delivery: There are 2 delivery options available; Standard (3-4 days) and Urgent (1-2 days). Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 for orders under £50.00 and is FREE for orders of £50.00 or more. An Urgent Delivery service is also available for a £3.00 surcharge. Orders placed will be delivered within 2 working days. The delivery charge covers the cost of packaging and postage. Either Royal Mail or a selected courier service will make delivery.
Unfortunately we only deliver to addresses within mainland UK. For any other delivery destinations (including UK Highlands & Islands, Europe or the Rest of the World) additional delivery charges may apply. If you wish your order to be delivered to any address outside mainland UK (including UK Highlands & Islands, Europe or the Rest of the World), please contact our customer services centre prior to placing your order.
We make every effort to ensure that items displayed on our website are in stock and available however, from time to time, items requested may not be available for despatch immediately. If this happens we will notify you by email or phone to confirm what action you wish to take. You will only be charged for the goods that leave our warehouse and you will only incur a delivery charge once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel.
Right of Cancellation: The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to seven days from receipt of the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

To return an item from outside the UK please contact us on +44 (0)20 8275 8532 for details. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
We will credit the price of the cancelled products and our delivery charges to you.
